Winthrop Soccer Camps Additional Information
| Medical Care for Campers |

Every effort is made to protect the health and safety of each camper, however the camp assumes no responsibility for accidents or illness. Also, upon check-in please make the staff aware of any special needs. The camp carries both liability and accident insurance as secondary coverage. We also have an athletic trainer on site at all camps at Winthrop. |
| What to Bring |
| We provide all campers with a soccer ball. Campers should bring soccer shoes or appropriate footwear. We have plenty of water stations set up, but if you want to bring a water bottle that is fine. Also a smile and positive attitude is required. |
| Weather Policy |
| We have only had to cancel a portion of camp once in the past 25 years due to weather conditions. Our Sports Medicine staff uses a lighting strike meter and real time radar. When in doubt, we will always rule on the side of caution, even if it means cancelling portions of camp. |
