Winthrop Goalkeeper Soccer Camp

Description
The Winthrop University Goalkeeper Camp is designed to give goalkeepers the opportunity to experience a NCAA Division 1 training environment and to be evaluated by top level college coaches and Division I goalkeepers. The camp will include 2 technical training sessions and a game of goalkeeper wars.
Cost

$100 non-refundable registration fee (All checks should be payable to: Winthrop Soccer Camps)

  • 9:00 am – 9:30 am: Check-in at Eagle Field
  • 9:30 am – 11:30 am: Technical Session 1
  • 11:30 am – 12:30 pm: Lunch on your own
  • 12:45 pm – 1:45 pm: Technical Session 2
  • 1:45 pm – 3:00 pm: Camp Goalkeeper Wars 
Camp Staff

Camp will be directed by Blake Ellis, the Winthrop men’s and women's soccer goalkeeper coach. Other staff will include college coaches and Division I goalkeepers.

Additional Information

Meals: Lunch is NOT provided. 

Safety & Hydration: The camp will provide water coolers and a certified athletic trainer at each session.

Equipment: GK Gloves, Water bottle, ball, shin-guards, and the proper training gear for all the sessions.
